Summer HR Intern - Part Time

Scope of Position:

Responsible for a wide variety of Clerical and Administrative duties and assignments mostly related to the recruiting process, assisting other HR Coordinators, other paperwork as needed.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps with filing
• Organizes file areas to pre-determined standards
• Provides backup coverage for the switchboard on occasion
• Performs other similar or related duties as required or requested

Position Requirements:

The Human Resources Intern must possess the minimum knowledge listed below:

• Some High School Required. Must be at least 16. 
• Ability to use computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• Ability to be well organized, and able to multi-task
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Basic understanding of HTML preferred
• Must be accurate and detail oriented
